Delving into the fathomless Qliphothic depths, Vritra revives the powerful Draconian archetype of the Sulphur Dragon. Bearing the strong symbolism of the restless Adversary, Vritra embodies the fury of Leviathan, the liberating spirit of Prometheus, and the majesty of Sutekh the King. He is the dreaming Dragon Tiamat, Typhon the Destroyer, and Lucifer, the great Adversary. The aspects of Vritra reflect into the forthcoming opus of DEVATHORN that bears his name, emanating 11 mantras of raging black metal madness.

DEVATHORN's Vritra represents the musical and lyrical evolution of the circle into a storming beast, the Mega-Therion that holds the qualities of chaos, knowledge, and death. As the firstborn of dragons, the mighty Asura Serpent trembles and whispers fiery verses that become powerful symbolizations, making the listening experience of the album resemble the fierce awakening of Kundalini, as the Draconian flame ascends to reach the Crown.

Seeking universal truths unto the principles of chaos, the Gnostic origins of faith and the serpent's art of temptation, the listener enters the Qliphothic catacombs to witness the fiery King Sutekh roaring infernal chants within the cathedral of reptilian liberation. On a venomous path that becomes an Occam's razor, the dragon Vritra opens his sapphire eyes, galdering mystical mantras filled with words of utter madness, to lead unto a glorious Promethean descent as he encircles the world. At long last, one of the unsung pillars of the Austrian black metal scene returns to reclaim their throne: W.T.C. PRODUCTIONS proudly presents AMESTIGON's monumental second album, Thier. A sprawling, wholly intoxicating mass of metaphysical might and mystical atmosphere, Thier comprises four vast, void-dwelling expanses of obsidian sound, with each track in the double digits and the title track itself topping nearly 20 minutes. And yet, every second of the way, AMESTIGON weave spells that draw in the listener and literally drowns them with dense, patiently evolving layers of otherworldly decibels wrought from mere strings, synth, and drums.

It's a form of sonic alchemy, one that the band has explored during their on/off career since the mid 1990s, but never have AMESTIGON sounded so potent as they do on Thier. Longtime listeners can cite the album as authentic to the original wave of '90s black metal; however, the band are restless sonic sorcerers and repeating themselves is never an option, so new landscapes of the mind and spirit are sown on this second full-length. From artwork to lyrics to the sound production itself, there is a totality of experience to Thier, and AMESTIGON willingly offer four keys to the beyond. Liberation is yours for the taking.

With timeless devotion to the Satanic arts, W.T.C. PRODUCTIONS raises a new chalice from which many will soon find sustenance: KVLTIST's debut album, Catechesis. Hailing from Germany, which has a deep-seated history of black metal, KVLTIST create coruscating hymns of obsidian strength and boundless occult energy. Across Catechesis, the duo weave 'n' wend the listener down myriad corridors, be they spiritual, mental, physical, or otherwise; their potency is writ large across the surging, heavy mass of gnarled (and gnarling) frequencies. Orthodox black metal Catechesis may be, but KVLTIST are sonic alchemists, tempering their enrapturing potions with startling dynamics, high drama, and haunting melody like true adepts despite their novice years as a band. The song titles themselves - from "The Devil's Catechumen" and "Darkest Light From Glaring Shadows" to "Eucharisty of Death Divine" and "Oblation" - evince the same timeless devotion to the Satanic arts on which W.T.C. has made its formidable name, and with Catechesis as the latest acrid sacrament to offer a starving congregation, KVLTIST are set to lead the flock to liberation and illumination.

Biography
KVLTIST was formed in early 2013 as the manifestation of a vision carried along by MZI since almost a decade before: to create black metal which is rooted deep in its devil-worshipping traditions yet contemporary in its feverish, multi-layered expression. The writing and immediate recording for the first opus began in December 2013. Shortly after, Amon Xul joined KVLTIST as permanent main vocalist. In September 2015, the work finally was complete and the utterly adversarial sonic incarnation called Catechesis was fully materialized: a swathing, ecstatic, and filthy Black Metal Liturgy of utter Luciferian devotion and worship was dragged from the Abyss, accompanied by guest vocalists such as Hellchrist Xul of Funeral Winds and Necrosodom of Azarath / Deus Mortem and organically mastered by Patrick W. Engel at Temple of Disharmony.
