Delving into the fathomless Qliphothic depths, Vritra revives the powerful Draconian archetype of the Sulphur Dragon. Bearing the strong symbolism of the restless Adversary, Vritra embodies the fury of Leviathan, the liberating spirit of Prometheus, and the majesty of Sutekh the King. He is the dreaming Dragon Tiamat, Typhon the Destroyer, and Lucifer, the great Adversary. The aspects of Vritra reflect into the forthcoming opus of DEVATHORN that bears his name, emanating 11 mantras of raging black metal madness.

DEVATHORN's Vritra represents the musical and lyrical evolution of the circle into a storming beast, the Mega-Therion that holds the qualities of chaos, knowledge, and death. As the firstborn of dragons, the mighty Asura Serpent trembles and whispers fiery verses that become powerful symbolizations, making the listening experience of the album resemble the fierce awakening of Kundalini, as the Draconian flame ascends to reach the Crown.

Seeking universal truths unto the principles of chaos, the Gnostic origins of faith and the serpent's art of temptation, the listener enters the Qliphothic catacombs to witness the fiery King Sutekh roaring infernal chants within the cathedral of reptilian liberation. On a venomous path that becomes an Occam's razor, the dragon Vritra opens his sapphire eyes, galdering mystical mantras filled with words of utter madness, to lead unto a glorious Promethean descent as he encircles the world. TERRATUR POSSESSIONS is proud to announce the monstrous debut full-length album of Icelandic Black Metal band SINMARA, to be released xx.xx.xx on CD and DLP.
The album was recorded, mixed and mastered over a period of 2 years by Stephen Lockhart at Studio Emissary, resulting in a world class production, and features stunning artwork and layout from Alexander L. Brown.

SINMARA was previously known under the name of Chao, having released under that name the demo cassette Spiritus Sankti also on TERRATUR POSSESSIONS. The change in name sees the band develop upon their foundations of chaotic agression contrasted with haunting melodies, bringing forth a newfound maturity and focus of composition, masterful musicianship and a zealous intensity of execution. Along with the change in name there has also been a change in line-up, and the band now features members of Wormlust, Rebirth of Nefast and Svartidauði.

Aphotic Womb takes the listener on a descent into a writhing underworld of diverse soundscapes and themes, from the harmonic chaos and orchestrated madness of “Verminous”, to the mournful elegy of the title track, and culminating in the eschatological epic “Mountains of Quivering Bones”.

Five years on from their Osmose-released debut, Hanc Aciem Sola Retundit Virtus (The Algolagnia Divine), FIDES INVERSA strike with their second album, Mysterium Tremendum et Fascinans. In those five years, the Italian band have been honing their onstage assault all across the stages of Europe, their rituals becoming real celebrations of zealotry. That experience surely shows across the bold, finessed canvas of Mysterium Tremendum et Fascinans, where "black metal" is rendered not as a definition but as an alternately life-giving/life-destroying force. Classicist yet paying no lip service to tradition, FIDES INVERSA invested their very souls in the creation of this second opus: exhaustive spiritual research and a total immersion inside the darkest manifestations of what the German theologist Rudolf Otto called "the numinous." These testimonies are also manifested into this world by their corresponding sigils.
