Coming up in around the south eastern U.S. RtZ-ELV came to be in a office in downtown Baton Rouge, after a chance telephone meeting with his now friend/co-founder/producer/engineer Apollo during which the two had a heated discussion on topics ranging from religion, existentialism, society and artist expression. That following Friday night Apollo and RtZ got to work and what was  created gave the vision to produce music that connects us back to who are under the facade. To make meaningful music that inspires others to take action by bringing a positive reality packed bar scheme that gives the people what the want without compromising the message.
