Taking us to Little W 12th Street NYC, the latest catalogue addition is a dedication to the legendary Cielo. From 2003-2018, Cielo was host to some of the best to ever do it, including Louie Vega's Roots NYC & Francois K's Deep Space both playing part in the club's consistent output for over a decade. During that time, Cielo became known for its intimate underground vibe, and uncompromising sound that made it a go to for DJs, Producers, Celebrities and punters with an ear for the next big house record on the circuit.

Cut to 2021 and Native New Yorker Ralph Session has created a worthy tribute to the NY nightspot. The deep, driving bassline, topped with melodic synth perfectly captures the Cielo vision. It'll evoke memories for those that were lucky enough to get into the club, whilst painting a vivid picture for those that weren't. Remixes from DJ Romain and Danny J Lewis serve up alternative peak time and late night sounds respectively, giving this EP the range to be spun anywhere.

Ralph Session - Cielo (Dj Romain Remix)

LITO (AR) returns to the label with three stonking originals plus remix support from Pornbugs and Steve Kelley.

Breaking onto the scene in 2017, Argentinian star on the rise, Lito (AR) was looking for his sound space between strong basslines, intense, organic percussions, and soft melodies. Basing his ideas on the constant delevopment of both his creative time in the studio, and his live performances the future looks bright for this artist in perpetual growth.

Opening the EP with ‘Tresaure’, vibrant keys sit resplendent upon a crisp percussive bedrock. Powering the low end, a funky bass weaves through the melodics with classy elegance. On remix duties, Pornbugs strip the track back to focus on the bass elements.

Next up, ‘Discordance’ lights up the room with playful keys, light airy percussions and a plucky bass that dances along with you. On the remix, Steve Kelley drops a UK flavoured, bass heavy re-imagination. Tough and musical, it pays homage to the source material while taking the track in dubby directions.

Finally, ‘Clapeados’ rounds out the pack with more gritty bass-led deepness. Perfect for the later crowds, the vibe is hopeful and warm just like the sun making its appearance for a new day. Outstanding work from Lito (AR), this is a must own EP.

Finally the EP is rounded up by a remix by our Debut Transmission today from the Chilean DJ and producer Francisco Allendes who is now residing in Ibiza.
