Es un recorrido sonoro por la vida e historia del notoria figura tijuanense, Jorge Hank Rhon y el legado de su padre, el político Carlos Hank González.

La pista, como el disco, es también una exploración a la electrónica tijuanense, como el ruidosón, e incluso contiene guiños evidentes al sonido nortec.
