How deep do these tunnels go?

sometimes i wonder.. why?
why am i such a horrible person?
i just wanna make a better life but i already wasted it,
and i assure myself now that i will never make it in this stupid life
the only thing that is keeping me going is the people who have seen what i know truly, and i mean all of the bad stuff, even the ones where i could have died , but i looked back only once and i want to never again, knowing that i will die in a stupid way,
