David Jason Ragin (born August 10, 1994) is an American actor, director, writer and occasional rapper from Detroit, Michigan, and is the Chairman and CEO of Cyberstars Entertainment.

As a musician, Ragin has released many mixtapes over YouTube and social media under the stage names Lil Ray Ragin and Ray Ragin, and has been a member of various hip-hop collectives, including Evolution, GenerRaytion and Drumotatics Music.
