XYZ and When We Dip present the Selectors series, where we give our family of producers an opportunity to display their prowess behind the decks. Expect unreleased material from across the label collective, as well as classic gems and heady grooves from some of the undergrounds finest heads.

The rising Boston-based duo Warung arrived to XYZ in scintillating fashion. Their 2021 collaboration with Enamour made an instant impact, catching the ear of global selectors. Remixes from Mihai Popoviciu & Tantum further propelled the project into classic territory. As we look forward to new music from Warung, they step up to the Selectors decks for a groovy & melodic debut on the series.

The latest release welcomes Erich LH from France back to the label with his "Duparc EP". The original got released last month on the "Fall Sampler'. Valen Gonzalez & Bautista Gallo, Maxim Vozisov, Damian M, and Perc Capsule got invited to do a remix.


Founded in 2020 Future Avenue is an electronic music imprint which operates under the Sound Avenue umbrella. Sitting alongside fellow subdivisions 3rd Avenue and Crossfade Sounds, Future Avenue looks to provide a home for new and rising talent. With an ethos centred around progressive music and its surrounding derivatives, the label is a platform which gives up and coming artists a chance to showcase their music alongside established veterans as they carve out their own musical identity.

ZWAI ist die zweite EP des deutschen Techno Live Duos Saite Zwei auf ihrem eigenen Label Free At Last.
Das Original startet mit einem Mix aus organischen Synthesizer-Bässen, welche, von verhallt-perkussiven Elementen umspielt, den Zuhörer zunächst in einen Tropfsteinhöhlen-artigen Klangraum entführen. Im weiteren Verlauf, hellt sich die Stimmung des Tracks immer weiter auf, der Charakter wird zunehmend sonniger und freundlicher und gipfelt mit dem Hauptbreak in einer angezerrten E-Piano Linie, die einem klassischen Funk- oder Jazz Song entsprungen sein könnte.
Mit Dapayk Solo und Atlantik haben sich Saite Zwei, auch dieses mal wieder zwei erlesene Gast-Remixer eingeladen - und der Plan ging auf!
Dapayk – Urgestein, lebende Legende und Techno Superstar - hat sich überwiegend auf die sonnigen „cheesy“ Elemente des Tracks konzentriert und eine klassische funky Techno Nummer produziert, die wir in diesem Sommer bestimmt noch auf vielen Festivals hören werden.
Auch das Duo Atlantik sind sich und ihrem Stil treu geblieben und haben sich vor allem mit den deepen und düsteren Elementen des Tracks beschäftigt und ein massives Techno Club Monster erschaffen.

ZWAI is the second release by german based techno live act Saite Zwei on their own label Free At Last. The original version starts with a mix of organic synthesizer basses combined with reverberant-percussive elements and kidnaps the listener in a stalactite-like sound space. As the song progresses, the character becomes increasingly sunnier and friendlier and culminates with the main break in a distorted electric piano line that may have originated in a classic funk or jazz song.
With Dapayk Solo and Atlantik, Saite Zwei have again selected two exquisite remixers. - and the plan worked!
Dapayk – techno veteran, living legend and superstar - has focused mostly on the sunny "cheesy" elements of the track and produced a classic funky techno track that we're sure to hear at many festivals this summer. The duo Atlantik have remained faithful to their style as well, focusing on the deep and dark elements of the track and creating a massive techno club monster.
