Bruno is an Argentinian classically trained musician, producer, and composer based in Barcelona who writes for strings, piano, and electronics.  In 1998 he started as a producer for ad21, a personal platform and label. His Piano Textures series, started in 2007, is one of Sanfilippo’s most representative set of recordings, but he has also gained wider recognition in modern music – one of his piano compositions formed the basis for Canadian rapper Drake’s seminal hit, ‘Started From The Bottom’.

The second 6-track EP 'Locrow' produced by '591.'
Each composition, saturated with spatial texture, is revealed in locrian mode, where the discord between the semitones softens the gentle enveloping harmonics. As a tribute to the origins of the genre, the entire release sounds in canonical 140 bpm, but the tracks have a variety of rhythmic patterns and a tangible bass line.
