Peter Green hands down. Page's technique sounds downright sloppy in comparison to Green's passionate, poetic, talking guitar.

Know both of these solos very well.  Love both these guitarists.  PG plays with more precision here, and with much deeper emotion.  As is often the case, less notes equals more skill.
