Ep.16 Is harder to forgive or to forget?

2020 has been a stressful year for ALL of us. To cap it off, I offer you this musical meditation, so we can LET IT GO and move into 2021 with a positive intention.

Let Go

My body succumbs in physiological response to soundwaves’ 
Bounce through auditory canals. A vibrational sustenance
Available to all of us and possess talent to treat ailments, like spiritual drugs
Interlace connectivity, free from psychological distortions and full of love’s
Intentional transparency: from thought to idea, to much needed relief.
The flipside of perfection’s brocade is imperfections gift of the struggle necessary for resistance in an otherwise life absent of struggle would not be nearly as entertaining. Like frigid days without soundwaves bumping from house party speakers while dancing in fire hydrant relief.  Luckily our creativity’s capabilities are limitless when conjuring sustenance, and our open-hearted passions and collaborative minds love to mingle with one another

I went down to the cakewalk to see nefarious goings on-
I went down tot he  wagon train to see the butter churner-
I went down to the recording session to see a shadow blow into a horn- I blow into a horn on tis song- this is a drum solos played through an alto saxophone with synth droppings through the chimney-
I went down to the woods to whisper the directions/spells into a tree stump-
