As established in this podcast series so far, managing a diverse workplace isn't circumscribed to a successful selection process that ends in a multicultural, multigenerational staff. Instead, it includes recognizing and appreciating what every one of these team members can contribute to the group. In other words, diversity shouldn't be a goal in itself (that is, diversity for the sake of diversity); it should be an attribute of a well-balanced organization.

Thank you for sharing the interview, it is really interesting. It's so good to know Marriott has been concerned in creating a blend gen workforce without discrimination. I also think that teams with different mindsets are more productive. I had the opportunity to check this situation because when I was taking a master degree in business administration I worked with people from many different countries. I made sure to stay in multicultural groups to have this experience. It was great to see how each culture has a different way of working and that together we can " benefit from the energy and creativity of a diverse team".

I listened to the short podcast and it was an interesting topic to listen to, and would be glad to be apart of this growing company as well.

The mutual appreciation and respect are two of the first things that I have to every human being maintained because they are one of the best values that we must keep it in our souls and our children by education regardless of differences in color, sex, religion

really interesting. It's nice to learn that Marriott is concerned for a blend gen without any ethnic discrimination.  I agree that blended world team can produce desired results and can lead the top leaders.
