For this track, I started to stretch some clarinet notes to create this dark pattern. Then I recorded clarinet lines, recorder and electronic beats with keyboard and some editing. In the middle of the track, there is a part where I down pitched the tonality of the woodwinds to create a kind of void feel.

The mystic stories of the cats of old hailing from Egypt

Here's one of my new tracks that are featured on my collab album with @timeaway, portraying several of the ancient feline Gods of Egypt. Enjoy!

Bastet was worshipped in Bubastis in Lower Egypt, originally as a lioness goddess, a role shared by other deities such as Sekhmet. Eventually Bastet and Sekhmet were characterized as two aspects of the same goddess, with Sekhmet representing the powerful warrior and protector aspect and Bastet, who increasingly was depicted as a cat, representing a gentler aspect.

The album: Wane of Summer - Obsidian
Luxe Obsidian, also known as Lucksy, was born in the city of Waterdeep in the Forgotten Realms. Her mother was a human sorceress, and her father was a tiefling rogue. Her parents were both part of a notorious thieves' guild, and Luxe was born into that world.

Growing up, Luxe had a natural talent for magic, and her mother quickly recognized her potential. She started teaching Luxe how to harness her powers, and before long, Luxe was performing magic tricks on the streets to distract and confuse the guild's enemies.

Luxe's father, however, didn't approve of his daughter's involvement in the guild. He believed that Luxe deserved a better life than the one he had given her, and he wanted her to have a chance at a normal life. So he secretly reached out to his old friend, Riven the Groundbreaker, and asked him to help him get Luxe out of the guild.

Riven agreed to help, and he and his companions staged a rescue mission to get Luxe out of the city. They managed to get her out safely, but not before Luxe's father was killed by the guild's leader, a powerful tiefling warlock named Malphas.

Luxe was devastated by her father's death, but she was also grateful to Riven and his companions for saving her. She decided to stay with them and help them in their adventures.

As they traveled together, Luxe honed her skills as a sorceress, and she became known for her luck-based spells and her uncanny ability to dodge danger. Her companions started calling her Lucksy, and the nickname stuck.

Luxe eventually learned about Malphas' plans to unleash a powerful demon on the world, and she and her companions set out to stop him. In the final battle, Luxe used all of her magic to summon a powerful storm that destroyed Malphas and his army of demons.

After the battle, Luxe and her companions went their separate ways. Luxe decided to stay in Waterdeep and use her magic to help others. She opened up a magic shop and started using her powers to protect the city from danger.

As a tiefling sorceress, Luxe had faced discrimination and persecution her entire life, but she refused to let that hold her back. Instead, she used her powers to show the world what she was capable of, and she became known as one of the most powerful sorceresses in Waterdeep.
