Her stage name, which translates as "rude" or "impolite", embodies the rebellious spirit of her sound. But don't expect a ride into pure darkness, as this mix also evokes feelings of hope and awakening in times of trouble and despair. Weaving together hypnotic rhythms and trance-like melodies, it invites the listener to rediscover the euphoria of bloom.

The latest mix comes from our dear friend and long-time companion Affective Sauna — better known under his techno alias Black Mirror Park. For this edition of Warning, he steps into his electro and breakbeat persona, guiding us through a sonic journey shaped by the pillars of his current selection: mellow broken beats, grime & garage, and electro, ranging from the astral to the heavy-hitting. This uptempo melting pot reflects the depth and range of his musical universe.

Warning #146 Affective Sauna

Swiss DJ/Producer Audrey Danza debuts for the Bassiani Podcast series with an hour and a half of her own music, composed mostly of her unreleased tracks as well as a few exciting collaborations. From tripped-out techno, to house and trance bent rhythms, this mix shows that Audrey’s course has been nothing short of impressive, from Geneva and now Berlin. Since her intro to the local scene back in 2019, she’s racked up a residency at multidisciplinary event space Motel Campo, played clubs from Panorama Bar to Circoloco to Robert Johnson and Fabric, and, as a means of rereleasing lost 80-90s records at first (and now her own productions as well), kicked off her label Proxima in 2020. She’s also been active in the world of Berlin nightlife, where she relocated since 2022, with frequent collabs with the Sound Metaphors family, from party series to collaborations around her label. On top of a busy schedule and a growing pile of remixes and from the ground up productions, Audrey stays the course. Her sound is a fusion of industrial beats and percussions, acid, 90s synths house, self-aware and constantly cross-referencing to sculpt a fleshed out world of sound that’s psychedelic and deeply immersive. Bassiani Podcast 268 is a signature mix of warped transmissions and assembly line beats, a gradual burn and sharp ascent to peak-time techno compiled by a leading light of the Swiss electronic music scene.  Nothing but Audrey: a full set of her own sounds, start to finish.

It moves fluidly from hypnotic grooves to playful experimentation, closing on a hazy, nostalgic note.

Ezri Dax is also the mastermind behind our collaboration Aqualaxy — the 2024 vinyl release on our label that brought together five reimagined versions of Aqua songs by a diverse group of queer artists.

dgbt is the thirty-fourth guest of MISS DREAMZCAST, our weekly series celebrating the DJs we love as they grace us with the music that makes us smile and gets us dancing.

DGBT is a London-based sonic explorer whose musical journey began with violin, percussion, and guitar, but truly blossomed on the vibrant dance floors of London and Budapest.  He has been a dedicated spectator of Europe’s diverse music scenes, cultivating a unique sensitivity and approach to mixing. An active member of London’s queer community, DGBT’s musical approach is special and exciting, characterised by a fusion of deep, hypnotic, and groovy techno, enriched with psychedelic and trance elements. He transcends the typical “wow” factor, instead crafting an immersive experience through seamless, extended transitions that invite dancers to lose themselves in rhythm. In this way, his sets become the soundtrack to the connections and trance states that blossom on the dance floor. Despite being relatively new to the DJ scene, DGBT has already shared the stage with renowned artists like DVS1 and has performed in London at Sextou, Riposte, Symbiosis, and The Cause among others; and internationally in places such as Copenhagen, Kosovo, and Italy. He is also a co-founder of Mudder, a queer-driven trance party that blurs the lines between music, identity, and collective expression, offering an immersive, boundary-pushing space where participants can celebrate freedom and unity in a dreamlike, ever-evolving journey.
