Warp Brothers - Time & Space

Rewind back to the year 2000 the birth hour of the Warp Brothers with their first release ‘Phatt Bass’. The tune catapulted the Warpies to the forefront of innovative Hard Trance/Trance music after the track smashed Top 10 sales & dance charts worldwide being associated to the epic opening soundtrack of the Hollywood blockbuster ‘Blade’. It not only became a club anthem but an iconic piece of music that’s still doing the business 20+ years later.
 
Despite the almost overnight success of “Phatt Bass”, the Warp Brothers were never destined to be a one hit wonder. Following it up with smash hits such as “We Will Survive”, “Blast The Speakers”, “Cokane”, “Going Insane” they reached top 10 in several countries including the UK and Germany, and being officially entitled to re-work Nirvana’s anthem “Smells Like Teen Spirit” they established their status being pioneers and legends of their genre!
 
Shortly after their incredible early success, the pair took the Warp Brothers sound around the world from USA to Australia, Columbia to Japan, Ibiza to South Africa playing at the world‘s biggest and most prestigious festivals and clubs. Until to date they toured in over 70 countries!
 
Besides their own original productions, the Warp Brothers have been called upon for remix duties on countless tracks with over 150 global releases.

After a few years break where the Warpies minded other music business on their own they decided to continue what they love most - producing and playing music. As they never offically retired, they started pushing the pedals again. 
In 2016 they had another huge success with “Phatt Bass 2016” (#1 at Beatport and amongst the three most played club and festival tunes of the year) which gave them enormous support from the likes of Armin Van Buuren, Tiesto, Afrojack, David Guetta, Hardwell, W&W, Dash Berlin and many many more…
Again they are on the road all over the world with crazy shows and the biggest festivals incl. Tomorrowland and the closing of Amnesia’s “House Of Madness” by Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike.

In 2017 they released another big room smasher - a new version of “Cokane”.
Shortly after they followed up with “Time & Space” being released on Armada’s Who’s Afraid Of 138BPM label and again they were getting support from the biggest headliners across the globe including Armin Van Buuren and his radio show “A State Of Trance” . They brought back Hard Trance sound with a modern twist, again dealing with high-octane basslines, pulsating synth blasts and huge energy spikes. They once more made their fans rave so hard that it may have disrupted the ‘Time & Space’ continuum.


In 2019 together with Dj Quicksilver the Warpies released a new version of “Ska Train” a timeless classic by The Beatmasters who actually featured on the track as well.  “Ska Train” put them again in charts all over the world.

Beside their beloved Hard Trance beats the Warpies never stopped being hard core lovers of psytrance and finally started a new parallel chapter in their musical creativity in working on their first pure psytrance tunes. 
And guess what? They did it! Some of their new tracks ended straight up on the crème de la crème of the most internationally re-known and famous psytrance labels including TesseracTstudio, Iono-Music and Blue Tunes Records. 

The psytrance remix of “Blade” with Red Sun & Shane stayed over 100 days in Top 3 at the Beatport Psytrance Chart peaking at #1. WOW!

Being grounded as the whole DJ world, 2020 became a full studio year with a lot of new tracks in the making. 
The last strike in 2020  was a remix of iconic Warpie tune - “We Will Survive” made by techno giant Egbert and Lilly Palmer - one of the underground techno scenes fastest emerging stars. Boom!!!

New music is on its way and the Warp Brothers are ready to tour the world once things are getting back to normal hopefully very soon again!
