Born in Torino, Italy, Ramona Yacef dedicates her life, in full, to music. At the early age of 5 she began playing piano, which has immediately become her first big passion. She grew up as an artist firstly in Torino with her crew called, We Play The Music We Love then she moved to Paris where she has always proved her talent and fine taste; in the words of the French Trax Magazine she is "the Italian music expert". Ramona Yacef has hit clubs playing at Made Festival, Concrete, Rex Club, Dehors Brut, Sunwaves, Arte Concert and many more.. As well as collaborating with the crew CrazyJack she spends her time in the studio, between gigs and radio shows. Warm sounds do not allow us to confine her style under any music genre because her music is not only for the dancefloors but also for those ears that appreciate eclectic grooves and refined rhythms, coming from all Ramona Yacef´s endless musical influences. She recently founded her own Record Label, ’Lescale Recordings’ with the ambition to encompass all kinds of electronic music. The common factors are quality, authenticity and consistency. The name, ‘LESCALE’ was inspired by the theme of travel, of musical scales and ladders of life.

This mix is full of groovy ghetto house and blip minimal, a (dancing) part of material i’ve been digging and playing for the last 6 month. So it was really nice and exciting to record it, especially during the lockdown, because all the clubs here in Hanoi are being closed for quite long time.

Maneki Neko is a young artist from Belarus. With her roots and beginnings sprung in the Minsk scene she’s the resident of сфера (sphera), a project focused on a multi faceted approach of curating diverse headliners in unusual locations, creating great events with a small but sound crew of Belarusian creatives which took over the local underground scene. It inflamed the passion to electronic music in her, and becoming a DJ was just a next step. With this steam, she has since left Belarus for Asia, where she’s been dropping her signature minimalistic sound from the islands of Phu Quoc, Vietnam to the cities in the north, and in China. After a short time based in Hanoi, she’s laid sets at the city’s finest clubs.

CK is a prominent underground Dj and producer within his DJ career he has played in monuments establishments like Ministry of Sound London, Amnesia Ibiza, Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC) and as well as many others. As a producer he has around 50 releases since the year 2013, featuring on well-known labels like TONIC D Records, Kootz music, Wiggle Music and so many more!

Bio:

During his youth he listened to mostly classic Hip-Hop (1997 - 2002), afterwards began to frequent the Romanian Space Club and UK Fabric. The major call for electronic music in terms of DJing and Music Production came at the age of 30, in 2012 when he first attended a DJing course followed by a Production one at Subbass Academy in London. One year later, CK won 3 DJ competitions in a row: EDC London, Movida Corona UK & Amnesia Ibiza DJ Challenge and also had his first EP released - Back from SubBass. He release music on various labels, including Tonic D Records and owns the podcast platform called DEEP MVMT.

WARPED was created as a platform for DJ’s to showcase what they are about and has launched many of Dubai’s top acts. The first night in the region and the sub continent dedicated purely to the underground sounds of House & Techno. Inspiring and guiding the next generation of talent from the region interested in this sound. WARPED has been instrumental in shaping the clubbing landscape of Dubai and India over the years.

Started in 2004 by Adam Rahman, as a platform to showcase the edgier, disruptive and the more underground style of electronic music in Dubai. Over the years it's grown into a platform showcasing local and international talent while educating and spreading the sounds, ideas and philosophy behind our scene. WARPED, it’s not just a Dubai based phenomenon, now the industry in India, the States and Europe recognizing its contribution in spreading the sound of the underground.

WARPED has managed to evolve while staying true to its roots and not losing sight of why we do it. While all this sounds serious, the parties when hosted are crazy and often over the top, leaving dancers screaming for more. “Hedonistic Debauchery” is a phrase often used by a friend when he wants to describe WARPED.
