I am a solo independent DJ whose  “a little loco” about music and who loves to mix and promote many of today's music genre from old school to House Music, 80s n 90s Classic Freestyle to Cumbias and Reggaeton. I grew up listening to the Power Mixers on Power 102 in the late 80s and early 90s and was inspired to mix myself. After working for the radio station for 9 years as a Promoter and Disk Jockey on weekends (1996-2004) I decided to be a mixer as a hobby on this very platform. Tay Drummond is an artist that pulls your attention by his distinctive sound. Tay is known for his witty bars, aggressive punchlines, creative wordplay, and catchy hooks. Tay has many influences, but his style was molded
by J. Cole, Chance the Rapper, 6LACK, and Gospel Music. 
 
Tay has been rapping since he was at the age of 15. Tay first started out by Christian rapping which shortly changed to hiphop/rap. Tay opened for Tech N9ne and had a chance to work with The Mekanics. Tay recently moved to Florida from Wisconsin to follow his dreams. 
Tay is currently finishing up a project called “+Patience” that will be released by the end of the year 2017.
