PREMIERE: James Harcourt - The Last Time [Zero9 Records]

Felix E and Michael Ritter combine their skills on a standout new EP for INDISKRET BERLIN Records with remixes from Pajuh, Esin and Biesmans.

Ritter is a key player in Germany’s melodic techno scene who combines intricate rhythms with emotive melodies for a sound that’s both deep and dancefloor-ready, and Felix E drops high-energy and sleek productions blending groove, grit and forward-thinking sounds.

Tension is a perfect mood builder with atmospheric pads and wavy beats sweeping you up and encouraging you to get lost in the cosmic melodies. Release is a dubby cut with a moody lead synth that keeps you locked in for the ride as the bass wanders on. Revolte then shuts down with more driving drums and nimbler energy as more widescreen pads bring the soul up top.

First to remix is Pajuh who flips Tension into a deep cut with fizzing, pixelated chords spraying across the mix to dramatic effect. Esin then keeps things lush and dreamy with a zoned out and deep roller of a remix of Release, and then Revolte gets an upbeat and pumping house rework from Biesmans who brings bright pads and thumping kicks.

These are three sophisticated new sounds from Felix E & Michael Ritter.

As part of Stil vor Talent’s ongoing 20-year anniversary celebrations, Berlin-based live outfit GHEIST revisit one of the label’s most iconic cuts: 'Bones' by Oliver Koletzki & HVOB. First released over a decade ago, 'Bones' is still an outstanding gem and absolute classic in the label's catalogue.

Initially released at a pivotal time for Koletzki and HVOB, “Bones” played a crucial role in shaping both the artists’ and label’s path. GHEIST’s version honours the original’s emotional depth while adding new layers of percussive detail, hypnotic builds, and a renewed sense of euphoria.

The remix is part of a year-long series marking SVT’s 20-year legacy, featuring reworks of key catalogue moments by friends and label mainstays – celebrating a community built on innovation, passion, and longevity.

TOWNSHIP REBELLION level up once again, sharing ‘The Neverending Story’, their stunning fourth EP on Truesoul.The powerhouse duo is back, this time arriving on Truesoul for their maiden solo offering, following elite collaborations with Victor Pilava (‘Bohemia / Mephisto’), NoNameLeft (‘Expand Now / Adriana Said’) and Flanko (Your Reality / My Prophecy).

Active since 2012, there’s a sense the German producers / DJs get better with every release, crafting immersive journeys marked by cinematic sound design and groove-ridden dancefloor sensibilities. ‘The Neverending Story’ epitomises this approach. ‘Mockingbird’ is a blissful end-of-night burner, marked by humming b-lines and lush multi-layered synths – a prog classic-in-the-making. Like its mythological title, ‘Hades&Persephone’ is a study in darkness vs light, as rugged percussive layers and full-bodied drums build an atmospheric brew before the track takes a divine uplifting turn.
