Intervalo returns to Metrica for his second release on our label. The producer from Malaga has created "Tork" adapting to the musical avant-garde, where the most synthetic and convoluted elements make it appetizing for the most contemporary dance floors. This great proposal is completed by the Italian producer Auggië and the young Tunisian talent S.A.S. In the track that gives name to the release Tork combines the bass line of a progressive techno with strident synthesizers well manipulated and an intense pad that gives the necessary anticipation. The rework of our dear and recognized artist Auggië is the clear example of a good work. He has transformed this aggressiveness in a calmer line but equally intense. An atmosphere full of sounds that inject you with tension and mixed feelings. Byond is the second original track of the Ep where Intervalo expresses his total vanguardism. The constant cowbell seems to give us another kind of story as it advances onwards elements bloom that will surprise you. Melodies abducted from another planet will leave you speechless. The release is closed by a remix of S.A.S. who has managed to masterfully convert a track, already achieved in a perfect complement, to another type of sensations. Including more alternative elements, he has managed to focus this remix towards another dimension. We take you to the planet Tork in the farthest galaxy.

Renaissance welcomes Agustin Giri and Last Men On Earth to the label with their debut EP 'Corto Amanecer'. They have previously released on labels such as Stil Vor Talent, Impressum and Multinotes and performed alongside artists such as Adriatique, COLYN and Pig&Dan... They're certainly in some good company. 

This forward thinking project see's both producers at the top of their game, showcasing their world renowned skills. Up first is 'Corto Amanecer', an electronica number that’s as twisted as it is emotive. Second on the tracklist is a remix from the legendary Musumeci, who ditches his trademark indie vibe to elevate the title track into the house strata. Warm, deep and highly creative, it’s a more than welcome pivot. 

The last two tracks of the EP take a more minimal dive, cementing the EP’s broad scope and as an early contender for the most innovative release of the year. Let's go!

More fresh talent debuts on Watergate Records to continue a strong 2024, as we welcome Moullinex △ GPU Panic to the fold.
 
Created in 2023, Lisbon-based duo Moullinex △ GPU Panic are producers, DJs, and live performers, who've been dropping several strong releases on their co-headed label Discotexas last summer and are anticipating a slot at Sonar Lisbon. But more than that, the pair craft divine vocal-laden cuts that float the delicious divide between electronica, indie dance, and house. 
 
Their debut on Watergate Records is as sumptuous as we’d hoped. The title track is an exultant journey, as sun-dappled beats, uplifting chords, and GPU’s transcendent vocals fill the air. ‘Ar’ is equally glorious, made for the incoming outdoor party season or a weepy dancefloor occasion, it hits deep with sweeping synth layers and delicate rolling beats that gradually build in intensity throughout the grand nine-minute jam. It's uplifting in every way.

Original tune by the super collaboration between Space Motion and Javier Gonzalez which brings an outstanding Progressive anthem and remains the old good times of this genre that seems to be back. On the remix side, we have the first one by head-honcho Kintar who adds his ultimate Afro-Tech sound and high energy.
