Before you can remember anything you are about to say to me I will tell you it's time for a second round! Why even bother searching for questions if ANCIENT FUTURE already has the answers to them? Delivered again in the form of four tracks by four different artists, this is number two!

Is there a difference between eternity and nothingness? ALMA & MATER trace that disparity on first track "Forever Never", and could not be more haunting in the way they do it. Their search is fueled by raw 808 power and inducing saw-tooth synths, so you better watch for your shoes, for you could've already lost'em dancing too hard. Next track "Time Zone Adjustment" makes it all too easy for you to just keep on going, manufactured by the 106ERs, a tag team of future bois Philipp Fein & Johannes Klingebiel. As you probably will have already lost your sense of time, readjustments of your local time zone won't bother you anyway... Flip to the f-side and RHYTCH will take you to another place, although his "Lenoir" might not exactly be what they call reality. It's way too enigmatic for that, all you see is flickering lights and some weird machinery - but exciting, that's what it is! Find your way through the fog and enter the realms of "Okuruwo", reigned by the impeccable DREEMS & MAX SCHMITT. With a little help from their friend JOHANNES KLINGEBIEL they created this world of wonder, of jungles and oceans, of plains and deserts. There is more to find in here than you could possibly search for. But you will have all the time in the world.

The acclaimed Luxembourg-based producer Victor Ferreira (aka Sun Glitters) returns with a new full-length album LO-FI-LO-VE this fall, a follow-up to his 2017 retro-futuristic visual album It Will Be Forever.

Since arriving in 2011—at the crest of an era overflowing with blissful synth projects—Ferreira has earned a loyal following through consistent output, collaboration, worldwide tours, and festival appearances. With remixes for Purity Ring, Slow Magic, Blue Foundation and numerous others, and live support for the likes of Moderat, Son Lux and Gold Panda, Ferreira has quickly left a mark on the electronic music scene. Over the years, he has received glowing coverage from Dazed & Confused, BBC, Resident Advisor, Earmilk, XLR8R, Pitchfork, The Guardian, VICE, and a bevy of other trend setting music outlets.

LO-FI-LO-VE sees Ferreira taking another new creative step in his career as a music producer, video director, and graphic design artist. All three are essential to Sun Glitters’ raison d’être, and with LO-FI-LO-VE, Ferreira is once again pushing his artistic curiosity to the limit. Unbothered by the prospect of change, Ferreira urges his listeners and viewers to keep an open mind and shift focus. While It Will Be Forever offered a closer look into the remarkable and unremarkable everyday moments—along with a subtle existential message underneath the accompanying music and videos—LO-FI-LO-VE sends a heartfelt and emotive pulse directly into the soul. From start to finish, Ferreira manages to arouse those most human of emotions on his new album: joy, pain, remembering, forgetting, loss, and of course, love. The 13 tracks on LO-FI-LO-VE are an exploration of these feelings; they are gentle and ethereal, but also focused and honest. There is no pretense here, especially that everything is always fine.
