Instead of a Kill is a deathcore/death metal band from Belgrade, Serbia. The band was formed in 2009 by Jovan Dorkin (Draconic) and Marko Galantić who are also the only founding members remaining. The band has recorded a demo called “Divination” in 2009 and a single titled “Awake I Die” in 2013 which was followed by signing with 10th Legion Records from Australia and announcing release of a full-length LP titled “Skinwalker” in 2013. The line-up is completed by Marko Danilović (Space Eater) on drums, Vuk Stanovčić on bass, and Aleksandar Grujić on guitar. Skinwalker was met with positive response and it’s currently available for streaming at their official Bandcamp page (http://insteadofakill.bandcamp.com/). On Fall 2013, Instead of a Kill began the writing process for the next album, which will be “more brutal, heavier, and more technical.”

Waves Like Walls from Ingolstadt, Germany is such a band. They have been going straight ahead since they started in 2012 without getting distracted by image or genre conventions. Always honest, always full speed ahead, always 100%. On record or live, “WLW” have something to say and won’t let anybody tell them otherwise.

After various single and ep-releases, ‘Waves Like Walls’ is set to be released as the band’s debut longplayer. The selftitled album sets the tone, full speed ahead is the name of the game and nothing less should be expected. 10 new songs leave nothing to be desired: Power, melody and honesty united as one. ‘The Rat’ (Michael Marketsmüller) Studio’s powerful production leaves no doubts: No-holds-barred, no excuses. Regarding music, Christopher Bridge knows no boundaries, neither as a listener, nor an artist. In recent years he has been active in electronic pop, rock and singer-songwriter. As the organizer of the “Taktraumfestival”, he soon fell in love for the art of electronic live performance. Going solo in the meantime, he connects driving beats to the broad variety of his musical world.

Christopher Bridge kennt beim Konsumieren und Komponieren von Musik kaum Grenzen. Elektro-Pop, Rock und Singer-Songwriter-Musik waren die Genres, in denen er sich die letzten Jahre aufhielt. Als Veranstalter des Musikfestivals „Taktraumfestival“ entdeckte er vor 6 Jahren seine Leidenschaft für elektronische live performance. Mittlerweile ausschließlich als Solokünstler tätig, kombiniert er treibende Beats mit seiner musikalischen Vielfalt.
