In an interview with Pitchfork Magazine at SXSW, Waves_On_Waves summarized, “If a song sounds great stripped to its bare essence, it’s guaranteed to sound stellar once fully produced.”  Standing on their own, the confessional piano ballads, orchestrated meditations, and stripped-down poetics are crafted to infiltrate your aesthetic core with healing propensities and envelop you as if metaphysically applying ointment to a scar.
