New Sleep Induction and Lucid Dreaming Binaural Beats with 741hz!

This session is specially designed unwinding and releasing for sleep. It begins at Beta (active thinking) and slowly winds all the way down to Low Theta over the course of the first 20 minutes. Throughout the video there are waves, starting with a nature stream, then when you hear the gong the 741hz begins, after a minute or so going back to the stream.

741hz is an ancient Solfeggio sound that associates with the intuition and the Throat Chakra, so right-brained creative for dreaming.
