Henry IX is an American indie rock/alternative band formed in Salt Lake City, Utah in 2022. The current band members consist of Justin Naylor (lead vocalist, guitar), Javier Soteldo Brandt (lead guitar, backing vocalist), and Matt Chase (drums, percussion). The band's name is derived from a Country Life article titled "The ill-fated life of Henry IX, the King that Britian never had".
