This song, which was a big hit in the UK in 1995, has always been a favourite of mine, particularly the chorus. Although the song was given a dance remix treatment at the time by 'The Grid', I always felt there was a more acoustic version lurking in there so...

Here's my rerecorded acoustic version 😄 This track isn't in anyway 'Monetised', not just because it's a cover (copyright bla bla) but an acknowledgement of a fine song written and originally performed by Billy Ray Martin who, you'd assume was from a US state but actually is Birgit Dieckmann from Hamburg, Germany.

Thank you Birgit for the happy memories your song has invoked over the years 😘.
