My next guest on Yax Invites is Jakob Wojenko, an electronic music producer & DJ from Poland, based in Gothenburg, Sweden.
 
Jakob most often produces techno, hardtechno and schranz. His productions and mixes are mainly inspired by the old-school techno/electro/house, hardtechno and schranz sound from the late 90's/early 2000's. He is also one of the co-creators and resident DJ's of the Huldra Collective in Gothenburg.

This mix is a showcase of his style and the music he likes to play when he's DJing. Mostly old-school techno/tribal/hardtechno mixed with some current favourites! Enjoy!

UNREALNUMBERS is a rising South Korean talent and leading role of the new techno generation in Korea. 

It was in London, the city where he grew up, that he met the underground techno scene. His industrial music production, EBM and noise stood out early during his schooling. In 2014, he started to draw inspiration from his various trips between London and Berlin to assert his sound design. The producer also manages his own label “UN LABEL CORP”, aiming for raw power on the dance floor as well as a dark and dystopian aesthetic.

UNREALNUMBERS sound palette encompasses not only intense rave tunes for the dance floor, but also subtle ambient, percussion manipulations, and delicate emotional expressions that listeners didn’t expect.

Alexander Lind AKA Sonic is the Swedish story of a stray dog that has found
himself in a life dedicated to music. He is co-founder of Gothenburg
label/organizer/collective STRECK as well as No Regrets and Esta Noche,
running memorable raves and booking well thought out line-ups, helping to
keep the Gothenburg underground scene alive.
Alexanders fast-pace techno sets are known to be playful and eclectic whilst
leaning on a steady ground of dirty kicks, heavy bass-lines with a touch of
his love for trance and euphoric melodies. As a producer he has recently
made his first vinyl release on his own imprint STRECK.
