Hopefully, the more you listen to these songs - the more you'll hear emanating from them. They are all improvised, based on the idea that perfection is ingrained into all action and therefore artistic performance need not be manufactured and polished until it is 'perfect'. The intention of these songs is to leave at least a potentially undefinable subtle impression upon the listener, which it was my attempt to tap into these subtle impressions of in-between states of consciousness 

Hopefully this music will retain an organic innocence over time, leaving room for the listener to imagine their own version of perfection within them, filling any perceived missing links with their own heart, in that the listener may have an inherent dis-satisfaction with some aspects of this music, but will accept their own dis-satisfaction and maybe even in some cases disregard it in light of considering the whole piece at play i.e, in its aspect to 'falling short of the mark' these songs can invoke an acceptance, if the listener is prepared to allow for this aspect to be reflected by their own personality. I believe that each and every one of us is capable of this acceptance, as it is inherent to our pre-conditioned childhood selves; We have simply been educated out of seeing in this way - taught that the glass is half empty. This music is made with the intention of challenging that education

The subtle nature of these pieces is such that I expect they will be drowned out by the loud, bright and dominant production in which most music is presented in current times, but it is still my wish to share these songs with whomever has the time to listen in an unconventional way, potentially entailing successive repeated listens, or in whichever way a particular piece dictates for them at whatever time. It was always about what the music was implying to me - my attempt to comment on the way we perceive ourselves and our reality
