Wayne has been blessed with songwriting success with hits such as "Dare To Dream" heard by over 3.6 billion people at one time as the official theme song for the 'Sydney Olympic Games', performed by 'Olivia Newton John';  "The Change" recorded by 'Garth Brooks' 7 times including his upcoming 'Vynil' release in 2019;  "There's A Place For Us", a #1 CCM song for 2 weeks; "Love By Grace" recorded by 'Lara Fabian, Wynonna Judd and Anointed', an international hit and won Wayne a DOVE award. "Lifestyles Of The Not So Rich and Famous" became a top 5 country single for several weeks and "Amen Kind Of Love" became another #2 country single and #1 CMA video. 

He has won ASCAP awards, a DOVE award and another nomination for his work with 'Point Of Grace'. He has worked with David Foster as a programmer, David Briggs on the CMA awards show, David Clydesdale, as an orchestration copyist, Universal Music, Disney Music, Veggie Tales, DreamWorks and Group.  His song, "The Change" was 1 of 6 songs selected for the 'American Idol' 'Life Anthem' broadcast and also performed at the 'Grammy's' as a tribute to the Oklahoma bombing tragedy.   

He has songs placed on DreamWork's 'Prince Of Egypt', 'Sunset Beach', 'Resurrected', 'BBC Millennium Festival' among other TV projects.  He has written and produced over 600 songs for 'LifeWay Christian Resources' and wrote and produced LifeWay's Corporate Audio Logo.  He has served as Musical Director and Keyboardist for LifeWay's Christmas shows working with artists that include 'Mandisa' and 'Twila Paris', served as a music editor and executive produced over 200 projects.  

He wrote 7 songs and became associate producer under Mark Bright and Tony Brown for the MGM film, 'Tom Sawyer' working with artists that include Charlie Daniels, LeeAnn Womack and Bryan White.  He wrote and produced 16 songs for the 'Freedom In Christ International' Course: Baker Books (Neil T. Anderson) released in 2018 and will be released in over 30 countries.  

Wayne has led worship with his wife, Esther, in many multi-generational venues including kids, adults and seniors and various and diverse styles of music.  He is grateful for His Freedom In Christ, His wife Esther and the opportunity to share his music gift with the world. Wayne has also served in worship bands in several venues and has a pastoral heart to see the worship community grow in their freedom in Christ and in multi-generational unity in worshipping God. His name, Wayne, means builder, and he loves to build new creative art and events with God’s guidance and inspiration.
