New music by the mind behind Grandpa Vern, The Secret Vanilla and Jared "Doc" Estes. Jared's Insomnia Cafe explores the exotic acoustic sounds of folk music stripped bare with a touch of experimentation, blues and originality. 

Found herein is 7 originals and 3 covers. A Psalm explores the instrumental side of Jared's Insomnia Cafe, "What the Night May Bring" is a foot-stomping juggernaut and "It's All OK For You Ain't It" is a throwback to Jared "Doc" Estes classics. 

The covers include Buffy Sainte-Marie's "Cod'ine", Leadbelly's "In The Pines", and a rendition of the traditional ballad "I Was Born 10,000 Years Ago".
