WCSC recently began two new projects for victims and survivors of violence, focused on women’s empowerment, through entrepreneurship and financial health. The participants in WCSC’s financial literacy project, Empowerment for Today and Tomorrow,  are also learning about ending financial abuse, recognizing the importance of changing one’s relationship with money and lifelong learning to build wealth, wherever they are in their experience. Debra Benjamin, WCSC's Communications Coordinator, spoke with the financial literacy project coordinators, Syretta Fleming and Sheelene Gumbs.

During the month after the end of our radio drama, "Silence Speaks, Secrets Revealed," and the accompanying talk show, "Let's Talk About It" was aired, we invited cast, crew members, the writers and guest experts back to the studio.
