This track is submitted as an entry to the Triple J's (Australian National Radio) Playschool Competition. I have also created an animated music video for this track that is currently in negotiations with ABC Music Publishing.

For those of you who don't already know, Little Ted mysteriously disappeared from the Playschool set in 1973, and the original toy was actually never seen again. This gave me a great idea to theme this track and illustrate the tale of the stunning, surreal and marvelous things that Little Ted might have seen while he was on his adventures away from the set over the years leading up to the present. 

I grew up with Playschool and have always held it dear to my heart - so the opportunity to compose this was inevitable when I heard about it on Triple J. I watched a lot of archived Playschool footage leading up to the composition of this track - I ended up recording my own Rocketclock "countdown" lyrics myself to incorporate into the track.  I recorded many miscellaneous and unique drum sounds with my H2Zoom mic, which are featured very prominently in the track as original percussion. 

Indulge in Playschool Through The Ages... trail the rough terrain of sharp percussive interludes, vapory synth pads and chords, mellow piano riffs, jagged frequency modulated bass sounds and choppy, discordant vocals.
