On Feb 2nd, 2014, remix ←→ culture recorded and filmed Galbeno Balkan Band performing 4 traditional Eastern European songs.

This fourth and last song is a love song from the Bosnian folk tradition known as "Sevdalinka" or "Sevdah" for short.  Sevdah songs are typically characterized by a slow or moderate tempo and intense, emotional melodies. The title "Lepa Hanuma" means "Beautiful Hanuma".  The song is sung from the vantage point of Hanuma's lover, who sings of how he has spent his whole life loving her, and longing to be married to her.
