In the Middle of Nowhere

A long time ago in a small town in Somerset a young man called Sam Westaway bought his first guitar. Since that day he was engrossed with making music and couldn't put his guitar down. He learnt to rock out, write songs, he formed bands with his friends, toured the country, recorded CDs and learnt to build the instrument he loved. Now years on he is running solo, recording demo tracks in his home studio for all of you fine people to enjoy

In the dawn of the Big Phat n'thing up sprung the MEAT and then was the WHIP for the craic afterwards of course...tut tut .."I want a 99" said tiny bairn Timmy Three Teef and in the summer of '99' teeny tiny Tim's dreams were crackled in two,..one half of '9' for this one and one half '9' for t'other that was and hence only one small Toof remained.The misanthropes from b'neath the ocean afore the ice grew that bit too cold then again became just really cold water,Tank top weather,soon fell weary and wrinkled into something n'orriblly,noxiously,gnarlilly and knoblilly resembling a star dust diamond raisin cleg nut bum root bogey stuck under the hairy crust of the old plant's salty membrane surface.The soaked up planet husked and heckled for a laugh much to t'owd minuscule Timmy's dismay and ridicule.Through one toof with holes he whistled a wet and windy whining,winging weep t'wards the indifferent earth "Where shall all the idiotic children of all the idiots live in idiocy under one broken holey old brolly like big daft stupid idiots please?" Timmy wondered wistfully like a little idiot..."Only b'neath the cheesy,oniony crisped blanket hanky wank socks of the absolute shite sack n crack smoke stack sloppy dump depths of doom till death or otherwise and eff off fast now please and real quickly" gaffered the voice from the head.The gigantic stone temple dome head with omni one eye bleeding dripping hot juices.The head was the god,the god had nothing,no cards,crowns,raffle tickets or owt and nowt much happened thus unto the infant Timmy and all his kin f'rever and ever,never even and so on and so foowerth sowethed the forests forrads and just went on as per usual really,growing upwards,sidewards,bentwards and backwards for a bit infinitely.Then at once we made some music.Have a listen.!.Have thee a download..It's what he would've wanted :') Laters x

It's worth noting that getting together for co-ordinated recordings is a struggle due to scheduling issues. All these songs other than "pull the curtains" and "dear god" are meant to be played by a full band. Also references to "God" in all of these songs are references to the CONCEPT of a metaphysical creator rather than an actual entity. Believe in what you will, no judgement here.
