Ana Moura, the acclaimed Portuguese fadista admired by legends like Prince, Gilberto Gil, and The Rolling Stones, lends her haunting voice to a slow-burning track where deep bass lines and hypnotic rhythms echo the emotional depth she’s known for. Martha Da’ro, the genre-defying Belgian-Angolan artist, weaves her signature blend of bastardized R&B, electrosoul, and avant-garde blues into the project—channeling a presence that’s as raw as it is futuristic. Meanwhile, Lou Phelps—celebrated for his dynamic collaborations with Kaytranada—delivers his trademark flow with fresh intent, expanding his sound into new, unexpected territory.

Melodias E Choros marks a new chapter for Vanyfox—one where melancholy isn’t something to escape, but something to learn from.
