Fake A Death

‘Woebegone Wanderers II’ is an unreleased Wild Beasts track recorded around the release of Present Tense, it is a continuation of ‘Woebegone Wanderers’ from the band’s debut album ‘Limbo, Panto’.
 
Hayden Thorpe premiered the track on Jon Hopkins Radio 1 residency this evening.

Channel Swimmer - Two Trains

FJORDS announce June 15th for the release date of their new single “HALO” and EP “UNDER THE MOUNTAIN”.
 
This is the second track from a series of songs recorded with producer Gavin Monaghan (The Editors, Paolo Nutini, and Robert Plant) and this is part of 4 tracks which feature on the self-titled EP “FJORDS”. The band were able to fund this EP after being awarded the Emerging Excellence award by Help Musicians UK.
 
The EP hints at an impressive new direction for FJORDS this year, reminiscent of the art punk of Talking Heads and Talk Talk and worldly beats of modern bands such as Future Islands, Foals and Bombay Bicycle club. Stepping up a whole new gear, this is their most realised release to date and an exciting sign for what 2015 has in store.
