MAZARXSKUNK is a Southern California Native DJ/producer duo. Both first generation Asian Americans, Skunk is of Vietnamese/Chinese decent and Mazarâ€™s parents are Korean. Their love for different kinds of music naturally and easily makes their music very eclectic. Being raised very differently from each other, with environments that contrasted dramatically, MAZARXSKUNK both bring their styles and infuse it into one.Â 
As much as they are different, they have strong similarities. They were always considered the odd ones in the family. They both loved TV and music. When they were children they considered it as their own personal windows into the world; Therefore, their love for learning about different kinds of cultures and different music styles started to form. MAZARXSKUNK were both intrigued at a young age with the effect music could have on the listener. Their goals as music producers is to transport listeners to a different place, time, or world.
