Pashanim - Shabab(e)s im VIP (Traumtherapie Remix)

I have new music released, but this one is different than the rest. 

I wrote this as a draft for the song I composed with my partner and the Louisville Orchestra. 

This song represents more than just a grown man going through a delayed and protracted adolescence on the dance floor or however you see me in your mind’s eye. It represents a time in my life when I was:

- On the brink of achieving a dream
- Flooded with voices in my head telling me that I’ll never be a real musician 
- Desperate for freedom and release from the tyranny of expectation and the recovered gaze 
- More in love with my dreams than I’d ever been with any man in my entire life. 

I made this immediately after I got off the phone with my partner discussing the vibe we wanted. I was just going to go make a rough sketch of something. After about 15 minutes into it, when I started writing the first dissonance part, I was in a trance and finished it in about an hour. 

Two weeks later, we go to meet the composer with the orchestra who’s mentoring us to show him what we’ve got. 

If you’ve never had to sit quietly in a room with a real composer and have them listen to your track while it rolls through your DAW, it is… a unique anxiety 😅

If you’ve never had the pleasure of sitting quietly in a room with a real composer while he kinda fangirls over the elements in the song with extreme specificity… It is a unique high like none other. 

“It won’t sound the same. Your track. You can try to get it close, but you can’t get it exactly” 

If you want to experience this song the way that I did when I wrote it, give this a shot: 

- Put your headphones in (noise reduction mode off 😉)
- Stand in front of your bathroom mirror
- Think about what it would take to truly feel free. 
- Dance

Dissonance (Won’t Sound Like This Club) - Remastered

This track came together a couple months back when our homie K3ONI sent us the original version, really liked that vocal and the vibe. We beefed it up from there and we made a banger! The drop hits you in the gut and the drums keep it going. This track is a dance floor weapon, click the buy link to get a copy
