Superprince’s Day time summer BBQ jam will make you kick off your shoes and throw your hands to the sky, soaking in the joy of the sunshine. After the sun sets, we head into the club for the Night mix. The Afrobeat vibes are stripped away and replaced by synthesizers for this dark and gritty 90s house-meets-electroclash sweat fest.

Thrown is a producer from the North of Czech Republic, who already made his first appearance on Moving Pictures’ V/A compilation in 2020. 
This time we are happy to welcome him back with his own vinyl EP titled “Between Two Flames”. Liberec based producer delivers a three-tracker tale, complemented with a fourth track - a remix by label’s own duo Aerial. Nostalgic, melancholic, happy, hypnotic? This is for you to feel and decide.

Since 2014, Public Release has been enlisting the raw, trademark groove of Richard Sen on a variety of now- renowned remixes. Label boss Eug has cited him in numerous interviews as being one of his all-time favourite producers, so it was inevitable that a solo EP would eventually materialize. That time has finally come, and in the Spring of 2022, the UK legend drops his solo EP “My Definition of Funk” on Public Release.

These three raw, gritty, hard-hitting, peak-time tracks are quintessential Richard Sen, combining the energy and influences of post-punk, breaks, and house in one sturdy sonic package.

Premiere: Blazers - Between The Lines [Sounds Of Lava Lava]

Verónica Picazo has 14 years of experience in the underground scene. She is part of the WOMXN Collective, an artistic agency of femme talent in the CDMX. She studied Integrated Design at the National Institute of Fine Arts where her musical perspective blossomed. She seeks to present music without gender, breaking the binary of femme or masculine with clever and playful artistic methods. Her style ranges from several house genres, with dynamism used to tie the music into her unique style of mash-up. The base of her set is instrumental with layers of tropical elements complimented by drum, bass, and break-beat, Welcome Vero to our guest mix section!
