Impérieux (aka Alper Durmush) is a beatmaker extraordinaire hailing from Kircaali / Kardjali: since
antiquity a hub of mythical music, located at the crossroads of Bulgaria, Turkey and Greece. After
a string of mind-boggling releases for labels such as Pampa and Sofia Records, he released his
debut album REZIL with Macro in early 2025. That year became a break-through turning point. It's
a nice touch to see you music featured in the New York Times and nominated for the German
'Preis der Schallplattenkritik' award, but what really turned it into a crowd favourite was the
unparalleled support it received from an incredible array of leading DJ talent throughout clubs,
festivals and radio stations. Following up with the Fena EP for Hessle Audio, Impérieux kept the
pressure up, only to unleash the ferocious 'In and Out EP' mini album with Macro before the
year's end.
As a DJ he has performed across Europe, the UK and North America and played his first tour of
Japan in April 2025. His highly eclectic and irresistibly energetic sets have been celebrated at
clubs such as Tresor Berlin, Blitz Munich, Corsica Studios London, Lux Fragil Lisbon, Zukunft
Zurich and Stereo Bar Montréal. He performed mixes at HÖR, Rinse FM and more, and appeared
with B2B sets with Leon Vynehall and Stefan Goldmann at NTS and Kiosk Radio, respectively.

The Innervisions cofounder reflects on the label's 20-year anniversary, the art of DJing and bringing politics back to the underground.

One of the most popular record labels in the RA ecosystem is Innervisions, and one of its most popular DJs is cofounder Steffen Berkhahn, AKA Dixon. He started the outlet in 2005 with Kristian Rädle and Frank Wiedemann of Âme. Back when RA ran DJ polls, Dixon was #1 several years in a row. We've since retired them, but Dixon's appeal remains as widespread as ever. He made a name for himself in Berlin in the '90s when he was just a teenager, spreading a melodic strain of house and techno that became the Innervisions brand and continues to pull heartstrings around the world.

This year, the label has been celebrating its 20-year anniversary, and Dixon reflects on its astronomical success on the heels of two major anniversary parties at Berghain and fabric. He also discusses how he's kept the label—and his own career—fresh and relevant; his feelings around commercial success; the importance of taking annual breaks from music and production; and his interest in reclaiming underground electronic music as a political space. His session for us is nothing short of a masterpiece. This set makes you feel alive: powerful, liberating, and fully immersive. Every track is chosen with purpose, each moment crafted to let your mind drift and your body escape. From the very first beat, Harald expands his signature rhythm with lush textures and meticulously selected sounds that pull you straight into an underground rave atmosphere. 

It’s a mix that blends nostalgia with the raw pulse of the modern dancefloor, hypnotic percussions, emotional depth, transcendent energy, and storytelling at its finest. A true deep dive into the senses, where listening pleasure is elevated into electronic art. A sonic journey that showcases impeccable mixing skills, flawless track curation, and an instinctive understanding of groove and melodic techno.  What an incredible talent, and we couldn’t be happier with the extraordinary session he recorded for us. 

Harald Björk began releasing music in 2006 as a young musician in Berlin. Early releases on Traum Schallplatten placed him alongside Dominik Eulberg, Minilogue and Extrawelt, during the first wave of melodic minimal techno. Shortly thereafter, he founded his own label, Kranglan Broadcast, as an outlet for his own productions and remixes by close collaborators. 

Over the years, Harald has built long-standing musical friendships with artists such as Ada, Axel Boman, Extrawelt, Fairmont, Justus Köhncke, Skudge and more.

In recent years, he has released several acclaimed works on Cocoon Recordings, including the track Spring (featured on Cocoon Compilation Q, 2017), the album Shiftings (2020), his remix of Sven Väth on Catharsis Remixes (2023), and Aluco (2024), part of the Dots & Pearls 12” series.

So far in 2025, Harald has released Jade on ICONYC, together with his Stockholm friend OLING, and the highly praised 12” Off Key & Time on Kranglan Broadcast.

Internationally, Harald began touring as part of the booking roster for James Holden’s legendary Border Community imprint—primarily as a live act, including at Sónar in Barcelona, known for his dedication to performing with an impressive array of synthesizers, drum machines, and mixing desks.
