We took a little break to prepare a proper 60th release here on Forms & Figures.
We’re back with a good bit of weirdness from Tigerskin.

‘Grünkohl’ (German for ‘Kale’) is a galloping, deep dance piece with alien vocal, 
out-of-tune bleep-synths and a car race in the background. Just like Kale with sausage, ‘Grünkohl’ is nothing that comes up every day. We love this and hope you do too.

Danish producer Kasper Bjørke has tapped Stockholm’s Axel Boman for a remix of Ugle (Drømmen om Møn), taken from his latest album Puzzles.

Known for his off-kilter, sun-drenched approach to house music, the Studio Barnhus co-founder transforms the original flute-driven instrumental into a heady, groove-laden trip - balancing deep Balearic textures with his signature playful rhythms. 

“How could i resist remixing this little pop gem into the stratosphere” says Boman, “ all the elements are there! Proggy flutes and krauty guitars, dubbing it suitable for the most balearic of sunrises, the coziest afterhours or a just ride down the autobahn through the lush mountains of Spätburgundertal”.

Arriving just in time for the shift from spring into summer, Boman’s rework lands digitally on June 13th via hfn music, ahead of the full Puzzles (Club Remixes) EP, due June, 27th.

Then, in all out lush-chorded goodness, Ribn gives us their powerful ‚Pancake‘! Newblood Polus hit dead centre with a modern yet hauntingly reminiscent nighttime jam; ‚Patterns In The Dark‘, followed by Deetron‘s deep-bomb ‚The Maze‘ - an amazing journey through the smoke-filled labyrinth.

Berlin mainstay Clé takes us right back with his super funky ‚Feel It (Don‘t Cha Know)‘, warm and classy. Deepsters TJ Kong & Modular K give us their ‚Jack Shit‘ in a slow burning Chi-town acid groover. Cab Drivers return with a real classic-themed killer, ‚Shoulder Pad‘, that harks back to their 90‘s days, and finally the mighty Redshape gives us his darkly acidic ‚Funny Green Hat (Altered Mix), which seriously needs to be heard to be believed!!
