Javi Bora and Le Vinyl reignite their winning collaboration with this searing four-tracker on Steve Bug's Audiomatique label. Both hailing from Spain and heavily influential in the notorious party capital of Ibiza - with Javi Bora as Kehakuma resident DJ at Spaze Ibiza - it's fair to say that both of these guys know how to lay down tracks that work crowds to the bone. Luckily, this release does all that and more.

'Momma’s Tale' is a slick, punchy and epic jam that somehow manages to keep its tension throughout the track, building into an unstoppably infectious groove.
Sacha D'Flame adds soulful, classic-house-infused vocals to bring the whole thing to a floor-wrecking climax. Also included is a Dub Mix for DJs who prefer the more stripped down approach.

'Heart Roaring' is another main room bomb waiting to go off. Its swirling groove and sharp, funky programming is reminiscent of Detroit house masters such as Rick Wilhite and Norm Talley, and is sure to wreak serious damage when dropped at peak time.

'Pure Beats' completes the release with another heavy groove; punchy drums and percussion riding a pure house synth riff - dangerous stuff.

On this second EP of Kulturkatzenjammer remixes, Madrid-based Rayko does a good job of making “Minolta” sound like a bright-lights-big-city production in the vein of Italians Do It Better. Parisian-via-Barcelona Toni Harispuru, better known as Golden Bug, reworks the anxious “This Vision” into something that somehow sounds even more obsessive and troubling than the original 2-minute album track. British producer Cottam, then, applies his raw finesse to the same tune so that it can tear the roof off the sucker any time of the week. Bomba!
