'Sub Conscious' was originally conceived as the exclusive track for Erol Alkan's 'FabricLive 77' mix, which was released to major critical acclaim back in August. A highlight track within the mix, 'Sub Conscious' has now been remixed by Tin Man and new Phantasy signing Kamera. 

Over the last decade Tin Man has explored an ever-evolving sound palette that touches on house, techno and ambient. His tracks have been laced with slow and subtly shifting patterns that are infused with a very real machine soul and captivating warmth. In his remix of ‘Sub Conscious’, Tin Man drapes Alkan's celestial strings and piano stabs over his own bassline to blissful, rousing effect.

With a well nourished upbringing in the Belfast house and techno scene, Chris Hanna has proved himself as
an artist that knows what works in a club. With a plethora of upfront underground releases on Made Fresh
Daily and Extended Play already under his belt, Chris is set to follow the wave of artists who have cut their
teeth on Ireland’s vibrant underground circuit to take on the world’s electronic scene.
As a DJ he has carved a style of his own with a longstanding residency at Shine Belfast, guest appearances at
both Twisted Pepper, Dublin and Glasgow’s now world renowned Sub Club, as well as regular slots across the

ONNO is back with his own unique brand of no frills techno with two new cuts that get remixed to perfection by Martin Landsky.

ONNO has been a big presence in Ibiza and the rest of the European club circuit over the past few years, playing places like Ants at Ushuaia on the reg. His DJ skill, as evidenced at places like Panorama Bar and Watergate in Berlin, is also carried over into the studio, where he cooks up heavyweight house tracks full of funk. He has done so on labels like ViVA, Saved and Moon Harbour and has become known for his bass heavy blend of house and techno.

First up, Some Mo is a gritty, dubbed out roller with seriously weighty kicks. A clipped vocal gets heavy filter treatment and moves about in the mix as industrial chords swell louder and louder. It’s a really slow burning banger. PokerFlat regular and long time production hero Martin Landsky of classics like ‘1000 Miles’ remixes with a more house focused drum line and more fluid chord progressions. The smooth, rolling track that results is a real groover.

Rounding out the top package is another hugely textured, lo fi dub techno roller with monstrous rubber kicks, stiff and icy hi hats and swelling chords. “Stabbing Sally’ kicks like a mule after a teasing start and really has a fine sense of seeing in its bones.

This is a perfectly fun and functional club EP that is sure to find many fans in the underground.

Denis Sulta lives in a Bedouin temple in a far off eastern land where he lounges in his imperial bed chamber surrounded by a bevy of beautiful women. These scantily-clad, exotic felines soothe his body and mind with an array of mystical massages as he lies on his luxurious ruby red, Egyptian cotton sheets. He only drinks the finest Buckfast wine and dines on delicious delicacies from far flung corners of the globe. So, thank the lord he was willing to give this up, jump down to the basement and lay down Time 4 Prayer, another fucked up dirty funk Sulta classic. Denis tags in Fear-E for his DABJ debut. Candi’s Quadra is a sexy wee off the shoulder number that’ll have you goggle eyed and panting for more. On the flip, CT Trax completes the mouth-watering line up to smash home two winners and lift the trophy for the All Stars.

Denis Sulta - Dubelle Oh XX (Jackmaster VIP)

Christian Smith releases his third solo album titled “Input-Output” on his own Tronic imprint. Consisting of 11 original tracks, each one embodies Christians message of creating “real” techno, with powerful percussions and melodic basslines throughout.
A more than fitting entrance, ‘Destination Unknown’ provides the listener with a masterfully constructed synth melody perfectly complimented by a haunting vocal sample that is certain to sound out across the world’s dance floors. Fusing together sounds from a number of sub-genres, Christian’s minimal masterpiece ‘Explanation’ is sure to be a favourite for those who prefer a lighter shade of techno, whereas ‘Input/Output’s’ fierce kick drums are reminiscent of his stellar releases on Adam Beyer’s Drumcode. 
‘Input/Output’ is an impeccable offering from one of techno’s most talismanic figures holding within it a different blend of sounds to suit everyone’s musical palate. Each production wonderfully weaves in and out of one another yet never straying too far away from the trademark Christian Smith sound. ‘Air Castle’s’ electro esque synthesizers flutter throughout yet listeners are treated to contrasting sounds from ‘Release (Stringz)’ dark and atmospheric harmonies.
Christian’s remarkable ability to conjure varying sounds from an array of different influences is unique to say the least. A talent that eludes many within his field, it is this exact trait that has elevated Christian to mesmeric heights and in turn making him one of the most sought after acts in house and techno.
Staying completely humble in his approach to each and every project that he embarks on, ‘Input/Output’ is set to further reiterate Christian’s unquestionable stature as one of underground music’s most influential characters.

Initiate Sequence (Main Mix) [Tronic]

Intec is known to many a fan of House and Techno as a scene leading label set up by the iconic Carl Cox who has been at the forefront of DJ culture since the early 90’s.

With a roster of artists including the label boss himself plus Nicole Moudaber, Jon Rundell, Marco Bailey, Carlo Lio, Cristian Varela and Dosem amongst many others of a similar calibre.

Intec welcomes back Irish born Ian O'Donovan who has featured music on labels including Drumcode, Bedrock, Connaisseur, Tronic, KMS and Planet E. Making his second release on the label, Ian who is known for his inventive and individual production style presents four original tracks on this solo release.

First up is the tribal groove of “Seeker” which fuses fast flowing percussion with a rolling bass line to create in infectious groove. Already full of energy, the frantic lead synth helps create a sense of urgency that’s instantly captivating and perfect for the dancefloor. Peak time Techno at its best this track should also appeal to fans of House who are looking for something with a little extra bite.

The second track titled "Curium" is led by the pulsating bass line and busy clap rhythm that intertwine with the rattling congas and rising chords. Get ready to put your head down and punch the air with excitement, as this potent slice of Techno will have you out of your seat and dancing round the room.

Third on the release is the deep pads and pitched toms of “99” that despite being the most laid back track on the release still packs a punch. Simple in structure, it’s a fine example of less being more, and the dramatic melody which builds into a held chord adds an extra layer of tension. Master crafted with just a touch of chic, this is Techno at its most classy.

Finishing off the release title track called “Tomahawk”. Arguably saving the best till last, its muffled chords contrast gritty textures with the overlaying glide of the lead synth. Getting more complex as it develops, the tracks epic structure has a slightly cosmic vibe, soon brought back to earth by the hard hitting and heavy percussion, which combined can only be described as peak time Techno with an emotional edge.

Stefan Braatz - Realize

German house music veteran Stefan Braatz (https://soundcloud.com/stefan-braatz) adds to his already prolific discography with a fresh new release on Steve Bug’s evergreen Poker Flat Recordings. With this release, Braatz, whose affinity for groovy chicago house has long been evident, enlists the vocal talents of Merwyn Sanders (https://soundcloud.com/merwynsanders), one half of the legendary Chi-town duo Virgo Four. 'Realize' is a low slung groover, with a thick bouncy 303 bass line and tight, funky drums. Sanders brings his decades of knowledge to the track, his iconic half sung half spoken delivery adding a new level to proceedings. Accompanying this vocal version is an instrumental for the DJs - perfect for those moments when it’s time to strip the mood back to the basics.
