Long-time German house label Kittball welcome Italian pair The Deepshakerz for two more of their effective dance floor detonators.
This duo of Domy Berardino and Mirco Sonatore are real musical magpies who draw from old school, new school, Chicago, afro, vocal and tech styles to cook up their high impact sounds. They are favoured by DJs like Luciano, Dubfire and Loco Dice and land on highly visible labels like Saved and Snatch! amongst many others.
Opener ‘Caipirinha’ is as steamy and tropical as it sounds thanks to the well-treated female vocal line that adds fiery soul up top. The clattering drums and hits are perfectly raw and bristling and sure to pump up the energy levels on any dance floor.
Showing off another side to their sound is the deliciously deep and dynamic ‘Faded Rainbow.’ With another anthemic vocal drifting up top, warm drums and crisp percussion carve out a serious groove below.
