Planned set for my childhood friends’ annual reunion. After a year living in Lisbon, away from my family and friends, I learned to mix on a FLX4 and put together a set for the reunion with my friends, my siblings, and my cousins.

This set brings together the styles of my favorite artists, along with the music I discovered during my time in Lisbon and several classics and mash-ups that are very special to my crew.

I don’t consider myself a professional, but I hope you enjoy it. Love you guys <3

Chris Veron is a passionate DJ and techno producer from Freiburg, grew up near Frankfurt, and since then mid-90s has grown deep with electronic music and the scene. Chris has made a name for himself well beyond the tri-border region and emblematic electronic blood flows through his veins. This can be felt and seen on each of his gigs and is also reflected in his productions.
Now he is back on Lauter Unfug with a Stunning Techno EP including a Rafael Cerato Remix.

Welcome Moritz Hofbauer. The title track „Swallow Some Joy“ with vocals by Johannes Frick is a straight forward tune with a thought-out arrangement and a lot of details.

„Luminous Water“ is more functional and comes with nice shuffling hihats and percussions. „Desert Rose“ rounds off the release and has a dark and technoid attitude.
