After over two years we are finally are back with another split EP for our 12' Vinyl Series 'No Boundaries' this time for the edition number three, we are extremely happy to have 3 Illegal Alien members involved in this record. For the A Side we got an incredible collaboration between the greats Mari Mattham, Ricardo Garduno and the one and only Stanislav Tolkachev who is no stranger and the label, the Ukrainian artists has been releasing on the Illegal Alien Records for a very long time and it is a pleasure to always have him back and to complete this fantastic release for the B Side we got the mighty French Producer DJ Saint Pierre.

Originally released 21 years ago on the infamous NovaMute label, "Dark Smile" immediately gained huge support from the likes of Laurent Garnier, Dave Clarke and Andrew Weatherall and quickly became a firm favourite in Debasser's live sets.  This re-release on WIDE Records contains newly mastered versions of the original finally available digitally plus three brand new remixes, all mastered by the legendary Keith Tenniswood at Curve Pusher.

The remixes on this release include production skills from Jacklyn and Acidulant, as well as a new rework by Debasser.  Jacklyn is a DJ/Producer based in Newcastle, included in DJ Mag's emerging artist spotlight, her music is a clear reflection of why she has earned such organic growth in the scene over recent months.  Acidulant is a Malta-based Producer and long time friend of Debasser having played together at various parties over the years.  

Debasser has been producing dance music since the early 2000s, his debut track released by Disco D’s label GTI Recordings out of Detroit. The track was quickly picked up by Richie Hawtin, leading to a release on NovaMute, followed by tracks on Seed, Balkan Vinyl, Input Output Inc and his own WIDE Records. He was part of Weatherall's Haywire agency, playing their parties and countless other clubs and festivals across the UK and Europe, as well as DJing on Radio 1.

With an eclectic sound and genre-bending approach, Debasser blends jungle/drum and bass, techno, UKG, electro, house and anything else that catches his fancy to create an unforgettable sound, always centred around parties and bass.

Vital Cornet, better known as Raär, is a Brussels-based house and techno producer. 
His prolific output and melodic, melancholic approach to hard-edged electronic music have propelled the young producer to the forefront of the underground.
Stylistically, the young Belgian man delivers a one-hour selection of the finest techno music and proves how broad the world of electronic music is.
