What with drum & bass becoming ever more international, at Lifestyle we wanted to champion this fact and help shine a spotlight on the growing scenes outside of the UK. After last years landmark ‘Australian Connection LP’ we have turned our attention slightly closer to home, this time having organised the ‘Belgian Connection LP’. 

Belgium is country that has been synonymous with a strong rise in dnb in recent times, and we felt this country was the perfect place to launch the next release in our ‘Connection’ series. 

The producers from the land of beer and chocolate have really delivered, showcasing an all-round album with a little bit of something for everyone. Liquid, Half-time, Neuro, Tech, Rollers, whatever you want to call it, this release has it… 

We see this as another real defining moment for us as a label and Belgian drum & bass, and we couldn’t be prouder to be releasing this with our friends from just across the channel.

To the beady-eyed amongst you, this announcement should come as no surprise. This artist’s talents are clear for all to see, and is already making waves amongst the D&B community, with releases on Lifestyle and Fragments. May we proudly present our 9th instalment of our sub-label/series ‘Hardwired’, fronted by Felix Hulbert  AKA Objectiv.

The opening track ‘Inception’ oozes a techy, stepping vibe complimented by hammering mids and bass.  If you like what Skeptical and Alix Perez do when they collab, you’ll love this. 

‘Prophecies’ again is one for the steppers. Clean drums, deftly placed FX and a chest-slapping bassline make this tune one for the big rigs.
