近頃話題のseapunkに掘り起こされてちょこちょこ名前を見かけるようになったwitchhouse、発端は2009年末から2010年頃に遡るとか。
その音のイメージは怪しくて、重々しくて、少し幻想的なような。一言で言えば厨二病。
(私個人としては、全身黒のゴスファッションで学校に着ちゃうような、クラスで浮いてるゴスっ子が部屋で一人聴いていそうな音だな〜とおもっています)
良くも悪くも陳腐な印象があるのですが、そこがむしろ奥ゆかしい、不思議な中毒性のあるジャンルです。

というわけでわたしが思うwitchhouseらしい曲を無尽蔵に10曲選んでサクっと聴けるmixをつくってみました。
