Weatherstorms play rock and roll country blues. Sometimes a solo project, but fast becoming a collective of ragged hillbillies. This is a rock and roll retirement project. It’s a bit swamp delta blues, a bit rock and roll and it’s a bit of punktry. Songs you can stomp your feet to, songs to shout at the world with, songs to take a cup of tea with.  Bringing in elements of DIY punk, counterculture politics and protest and the reflection of the road. WS bring honest songs delivered with a raw sincerity. 

Having grown up on 70s classic rock, turned a teenager to punk and philosophised to post-rock. These songs now are the culmination of a love of many different styles and a return to musical roots. You can take the boy out of the country but you can’t take the country out of the boy.

Swingamajig is the UK’s first one day urban festival dedicated to Electro Swing, Gypsy Folk and vintage mayhem! Swingamajig takes the sounds and styles from the 1920′s and brings them up to date with a modern twist bringing together several thousand of the best dressed ladies and gents to party like it is 1929

Swingamajig has grown out of the success of Hot Club de Swing, a Birmingham club night that is all about swing with a big bass sound, and is curated by the Electric Swing Circus – The UKs Hottest Electro Swing band. Four diverse stages showcasing some of the most inventive and entertaining acts on the scene Live bands, DJs, swing dancers, vintage cinema, acrobats, artists and more. A full day and night of wild of vintage debauchery that will be the talk of the town for months to come!

The King Mooses is an Italian indie rock band, formed in Terni at the beginning of 2013. The band was founded by the cousins Fabio Deriu (lead guitar) and Michele “Rex” Deriu (drums). After several changes, the band finally finds its perfect lineup in 2015 when Simone Betti (bass) and Daniele de Marinis (vocal/guitars) join the group. The band’s influences range from the alternative rock of the Smiths to the indie rock of the National and the Strokes. They are inspired by the punk approach of the Clash and the Jam and by the nostalgic atmospheres of bands such as the Cure and the Pulp. The King Mooses only compose original songs in English that leads trough a dissonant path, between the contemplative, introspective and often autobiographical lyrics and a rather light melody. 
After winning the Umbrarock contest they open for the Italian band Nobraino at the Antifestival’s 10th edition (Perugia, Italy) on 29th June 2017.

The King Mooses è un gruppo indie/alternative rock, formatosi a Terni all’inizio del 2013. La band viene fondata dai cugini Fabio Deriu (chitarra) e Michele “Rex” Deriu (batteria). Dopo vari cambiamenti di line up, la band riesce a trovare una sua stabilità nel 2015, quando Simone Betti (basso) e Daniele De Marinis (voce/chitarra) entrano a far parte del gruppo. Dal punto di vista musicale, i King Mooses producono solo brani inediti in lingua inglese. Le loro influenze spaziano dall’alternative rock degli Smiths all'indie rock dei National e degli Strokes. Si ispirano all’approccio punk dei Clash e dei Jam, strizzando un occhio alle atmosfere nostalgiche dei Cure e dei Pulp. I testi delle canzoni tendono ad essere introspettivi, riflessivi e autobiografici. Testi che cercano sempre di raccontare una storia, creando a volte una voluta dissonanza con la melodia. 
Il 29 Giugno 2017, dopo aver vinto il contest UmbraRock, aprono il concerto dei Nobraino alla decima edizione dell’Antifestival (Perugia).
