One of my first ever songs - this was a death metal thing, but it's been so long ago since I played/heard it I forgot the rest of the lyrics, and so it sounds more punk. Still, it's a saying that has kept me going. Maybe I'll do it with the trio one day.

In the words of the composer:
In this piece I am trying to capture trying and failing, improving...moving towards the light.
The opening 3 chord phrase is extended and re-harmonised, growing in length, density and volume each time. After several tonal tangents we eventually succeed in resolving to a home chord of D major in the final bar.

SOLACE Vol.2: Deeper and Lighter is a journey through breath and sound—a delicate balance between depth and release. Across four tracks, singing bowls resonate, soundscapes unfold, and synth tones drift like gentle waves. Each track is an invitation to slow down, to inhale deeply, to exhale completely.  
As the music flows, the body softens, tensions dissolve, and the mind becomes weightless. Tibetan full chakra singingbowls are playing along with soft pad and sound scape. Deep breathing, lighter mind and soul. a quality headphone or earphone enhances focus and relaxation. Just breathing is enough. You don't have to clear your mind or try to relax while listening to music—just breathe.
