Casey Millward is Director of Research in Indigenous Culture and Policy at the Australian Institute of Aboriginal and Torres Islander Studies (AIATSIS). For the past 15 years, Casey has worked in the Indigenous Affairs portfolio across the public, university and community sectors. She joins the Connecting Us team to share with us how her international experience studying at the University of Cambridge continues to influence her thinking and perspectives. She also explains the many and diverse roles of AIATSIS and provides her top tips for people wanting to learn more about the Traditional Owners of the country where they live.
